PLAY SAFE & STAY SAFE

We are all looking forward to playing golf again from 29th March. Whilst there is light at the end of the tunnel, we aren't fully there yet. It is up to each and every one of us to Play Safe and Stay Safe.

There's nothing we don't know - just sometimes forget to follow. Here's a reminder of the basics.

General • Don't arrive too early and remember the changing rooms and clubhouse won't yet be open.
Teeing Areas • Maintain appropriate social distancing at teeing areas due to the normal close proximity of golfers to one another when tee shots are being played.
Balls • Maintain appropriate social distancing when walking to the ball, searching for a ball, playing shots and don't touch stray balls.
Bunkers • With no rakes, make your best efforts to smooth the sand using your club and/or feet.
Putting Green • Maintain appropriate social distancing on the putting greens.
Flagstick • Don't touch the flagstick, even with a gloved hand or towel. Your club may allow you to centre the flagstick if it leans but use a club.
After the Round • Unless using a practice facility or ordering food and drink to take away and consume elsewhere, leave promptly at the end of your round to prevent illegal gatherings.
Remember •  The Rule of 6 or 2 households still applies.
