DEVON SENIORS CROWNED CHANNEL LEAGUE CHAMPIONS

It was a fantastic result at East Devon to see the DevonGolf Seniors retain the Seniors' Channel League title.

It was all square at lunch so the prospect of a very tight afternoon was yet to unfold. It was all very even between Devon and Cornwall at the turn in the singles, but the character of the team shone through as it has throughout the last two seasons, winning 7 of the first 8 games ending in a match result of 10.5-4.5.

This was a team squad performance and Rick thanked all who played this year as part of the DevonGolf Seniors' team which included Dave Eva, Kevin Hill, Barrie Keith, Phil Lyons, Paul Marels and Graham Ruth who did not play in the final Channel League fixture.
