DEVON GIRLS RETAIN THE TYLER TROPHY

Following in the footsteps of their idols at the Solheim Cup, the Devon Girls managed to retain the Tyler Trophy on the very same day that the pros in Spain did the same!

The annual match saw the Devon under 18 girls take on the Devon Women's B team.

The matches were as follows:

1. Susie Carr & Hannah Reynolds Won 2 up v Carys Morris & Stacey Bale
2. Sophie Page & Georgia Denega Won 2-1 v Chloe Hall & Flossy Voaden
3. Belle Tarr & Chloe MacPherson Won 2-1 v  Laura Coleman & Helen Chivers
4. Edith Morris & Rosie Arnold Lost 3-2 v Tracy Crooks & Jo Fisher
5. Freya Wright & Zia Singh Lost 1 down v  Olivia Howard & Natasha Parsons (Playing for Women)
6. Hannah Stephens & Tommasina Miali Lost 2-1v Lorna Elliot & Mia Johnstone-Davis (Playing for Women)

The weather was especially kind and the matches were played in glorious sunshine and in great spirit with lots of laughter all round.

Dartmouth were fantastic hosts with the course in beautiful condition, especially given the recent bad weather and torrential rain.

After the match Dartmouth's fabulous hospitality continued as the team enjoyed a delicious 2 course meal together in the restaurant.
