MEN'S COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIPS 2023 - DAY 2

Yelverton Golf Club are the hosts for the DevonGolf County Championships 2023.

Play on Day 1 for the 60 entrants is for the Golf Medal and Peter Howell (Exeter), last year's winner at Saunton Golf Club, successfully defended his title with a score of 140 - 2 under. Eliot Baker (Tiverton) was runner up with a level 140. Full results from Day 1 click here. 

The Club Team Championship Challenge Cup was also successfully defended by Exeter Golf & Country Club with Jack Jeffery, Peter Howell and Lewis Beer lifting the trophy again. Jack, Peter and Lewis now go forward to represent Exeter Golf & Country Club and Devon at the England Golf English Men's Champion Club national finals at Ealing Golf Club in September. Full results click here

The morning's matchplay on Day 2 sees the top 8 go through to the quarter finals in the afternoon for the Championship Challenge Cup and the next 8 play for the Wish Slater Salver.
