England Golf will next week deliver a 45 minute webinar as the first in a 3 part series about Developing Talented Young Golfers. It's open to clubs, counties, coaches and parents and will deal with the tricky art of talent identification

1. An introduction to the Junior Participation Pathway.
2. The criteria for talent I.D. and how this changes as players progress.
3. Understanding the player and their background.
4. Tracking and monitoring progress.
5. An introduction to the development system.

The session will be led by England Golf's Gareth Jenkins (EG Talent Development Manager & Men’s Squad Manager) and Laura Yapp (EG Junior Participation Manager).
