TOM WOODHOUSE APPOINTED MEN'S TEAM CAPTAIN

DevonGolf are proud to announce Tom Woodhouse as the Men's Team Captain. Tom started playing golf as a teenager at Exeter Golf and Country Club and has represented the county since 2003. Tom has enjoyed being part of many successful county sides and one of his personal highlights was being part of the Devon team at the English County Finals in 2005 at St Enodoc. Tom said, "I have enjoyed all the opportunities that DevonGolf have provided to me as a player and am looking forward to working with the talented squad of players to help them achieve their golfing ambitions as individuals and as a team."

Tom has played most of his golf representing Exeter Golf and Country Club but has also been a member at East Devon Golf Club and Woodbury Park Golf & Country Club. Tom remains an active county and inter-club golfer who looks forward to meeting players and teams at the Parker and Palairet Trophies through the season.

Tom follows on the great work instilled by Andy Parker who has recently moved into club management at Torquay Golf Club. We wish Andy the very best and thank him for his unstinting work and successes within DevonGolf.
