A chance to find out what a great women’s golf offer looks like by hearing from those who have made an impact and had success.

At this England Golf webinar, they will bring together an expert panel from the golf industry, including England Golf Women and Girls in Golf Manager, Lauren Spray, to discuss the key components for recruiting, supporting and retaining more women at your golf club.

The panel of experts have all developed successful programmes in their clubs, and will provide insight on the following areas:

• How to undertake a recruitment drive.

• Creating a Buddy Scheme.

• Developing attractive experiences and opportunities.

• Moving to equal playing and competitive opportunities.

England Golf will also touch on the golfer journey and how to consider the wants and needs of females when developing your golf offer.

After the panel have discussed the key success factors, you will be invited to ask questions, finishing by signposting you to the follow-on support available and initiatives that your club can get involved in.
