MEN'S CHANNEL LEAGUE SUCCESS

A fabulous looking Churston Golf Club awaited the DevonGolf Men's first Channel League fixture of the season against Wiltshire.

It was really good morning for DevonGolf finishing 3½-1½ but, as the afternoon carried on, things became rather tense but the DevonGolf guys held out for a much deserved victory.

A special mention must go to young Matt Millar from Dainton Park on winning both his matches on his adult DevonGolf debut. Jay Scott from Tiverton remains unbeaten at this level. Vice Captain Chris McGill (Warren) & partner Sam Dunn (Stover) continue their fine start remaining unbeaten this season. Congratulations to our youngest player at just 15 years old, Fred Bishop (Exeter), who won his second singles match.
