CAITLIN PLAYING FOR WALES

R&A LADIES' HOME INTERNATIONALS - BALLYBUNION GOLF CLUB - 8th-10th August 

Caitlin Evans-Brand (Yelverton) is playing at Ballybunion Golf Club for Wales in the R&A Ladies' Home Internationals. 

Teams from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales compete against each other in individual matches. A match consists of three foursomes and six singles, each over the same 18 holes, with the foursomes being played first. The scores are calculated by team results with each team scoring one point for a team win and half a point for a halved match.

The girls have been in Ireland for several practice days and on Day 1 -  although she was 2 down most of the way - Caitlin played the last seven holes in 2 under to win on the 18th hole 2 up.
