DevonGolf Junior Boys finish runners up in South West Boys Championship

Devon under 18’s players took part in the Southwest, 6 counties, boys championships at Perranporth GC on Thursday 12th July. Condition were very testing, the course being very dry and the ball bouncing and running a long way. The added keen easterly wind made it very difficult to find the greens.

Devon equipped themselves admirably. However home advantage saw Cornwall run out the winners, with Devon finishing 2nd.

The Individual title also saw a local winner, with Craig Passmore from Torquay (picture below) finishing 2nd.
