AN AWARD FOR DEVON'S ANDY JACK

At the National Staff Conference, England Golf’s Club Support Officer (CSO) Andy Jack from Devon picked up an award  for his performance over the last year. England Golf have a network of 44 CSO’s whose role is to support golf clubs and counties become stronger organisations and inspire more people to play the game.

Just 4 CSO’s received the performance award and selection was based on categories including club engagement, impact and net promoter scores received from customer satisfaction surveys.  

Andy said, “I’m thrilled to receive this award. Devon is a strong county for golf and I’m fortunate enough to work with so many inspiring people and clubs who are motivated to develop the game.”  

Andy also sits on DevonGolf’s Development Committee, focussing on implementing marketing campaigns and programmes to increase participation in the game.

DevonGolf are delighted that Andy has received this award. It is fair recognition of the work he has done in assisting Devon's men and ladies independent organisations to unify and become DevonGolf. Andy works hard with Devon clubs to help them to increase participation in the game and increase their membership. Andy has been instrumental in steering through the development of the new DevonGolf website and is actively involved with the DevonGolf Development Committee to enhance all aspects of playing of golf in Devon.
