Ward wins Seniors Stableford Championship by one point at a windy Thurlestone yesterday

Richard Ward (Dainton Park) carded 38 Stableford points at Thurlestone to win the coveted Vets Challenge Trophy in the County's Seniors Stableford Championship. 

The Bert Hudson Trophy (Scratch) went to Andre Hogan (Teignmouth) 36 points.

Local man Alistair Proctor collected the Pensioners' Plate (+65 yrs).  

The Club Team Shield was awarded to the Thurlestone Club with 109 points, having the best 3 combined scores from same club. The Thurlestone players were Alistair Proctor, Graeme Fairley & Keith Crawford.
