ADAM IS NEW SW MID-AM CHAMPION

Adam Bridgewater (Tavistock) won the Dartmoor Trophy after a two hole play-off with Peter Lawrence (Woodbury Park)

Both Adam and Peter finished tied on 143 after playing 36 holes on the immaculate;y-prepared parkland course at Stover (Newton Abbot). After a two-hole strokeplay play-off over the 10th and 18th holes, Adam emerged the victor by one shot!

63 players braved the windy and sunny/showery weather conditions at Stover and were very complimentary about the course and clubhouse facilities provided.  Our grateful thanks go to the management and members for hosting this prestigious Men's Mid-Am (35 yrs +) Championship.  Next year, Teignmouth GC will be the venue on Thu 2 August.
