BRADLEY'S ON FIRE!

Young Bradley Scott came of age yesterday by winning the coveted Gold Medal. After finishing 6 under par after 36 holes on his home course of Tiverton, he found himself in a play-off against the experienced County player Chris McGill (Warren). Over 3 holes they played strokeplay and Bradley was victorious by one shot. All very exciting!

The top four players from the Gold Medal now play matchplay today for the Amateur Championship. Semi-Finals this morning: Bradley Scot plays Dan Rosevear (Yelverton) and Chris McGill is up against another rising young star James Reed (Exeter)

The balance of the Gold Medal field play for the Cooper Cup this morning to achieve a 54 Hole total for the "Wish" Slater Salver.

Tiverton won the Club Team Championship for the 2nd year to be Devon's representative in the English Champion Club Tournament to be played later this year at East Devon GC
