PASCOE for VICE-PRESIDENT

At the recent Devon Golf Limited AGM, Richard Pascoe (Stover) was elected Vice-President for 2017 with a view to him becoming President in 2018/19.  It has been a very long since Stover sporned a County President - in fact it is 30 years since John Scrivener held the office.
