Notice is hereby given, in accordance Para 31 of the Articles of Association (AofA), that the next Annual General Meeting will be held in the Mews of Exeter Golf & Country Club on Wednesday 15 March 2017 at 2.30 pm. Please make a note in your diary.

In accordance with the A of A, those entitled to vote are:
1 Representative from each Affiliated Club (44)
The 12 Members of the DGL Board of Directors

Copies of the Articles of Association & Rules for Devon Golf Limited are published to our website.

Copies of the Agenda, Minutes of the ACM 17 February 2016 and the DGL 2016 Accounts will be sent to the Voting Members (Clubs) and DGL Directors 14 days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
